GAMEON POSTERS is an online retailer specializing in printed poster artwork, including designs inspired by football, UFC/MMA, boxing, anime, and other sports and pop culture themes. Products are sold in Standard, Large, and Massive sizes as listed on individual product pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display product colors, sizing, and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.
  • All posters are printed on demand or from stock as indicated at checkout. Sizes (Standard/Large/Massive) refer to the print dimensions listed on each product page.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or change specifications, at any time without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property and Fan Art Disclaimer

Many of our designs depict athletes, public figures, and characters associated with sports, combat sports, and entertainment franchises. Please note:

  • Our products are fan art and original artistic interpretations created by us. They are not officially licensed, sponsored, or endorsed by any athlete, sports league, promotion, studio, or rights holder unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
  • All trademarks, team names, league names, and character names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive/identification purposes only.
  • If you are a rights holder and believe a product infringes your intellectual property or publicity rights, please contact us at offsideclubposters@gmail.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the listing promptly.
  • Original artwork, layouts, and designs created by GAMEON POSTERS remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

5. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
  • Additional customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at offsideclubposters@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Because products may be printed to order, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection of the item upon receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAMEON POSTERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading harmful code, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
